This is a popular West African Soup. What makes this unique is that it has all the ingredients including your bitterleaf, all prepared in a pack. All you need is to add it to your already prepared ‘protein’- beef, assorted, fish as you desire. Then add palm oil, salt and boulllon cube or seasoning. There, your Egusi is ready.
